Little Luxe Linens Wholesale Registration

By completing our Wholesale Registration you the retailer are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders.

Australian Wholesale Orders

  • We are accepting wholesale applications for retail and online stores within Australia.
  • We do not offer a drop-ship service.
  • All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

International Wholesale Orders

  • We will accept new wholesale applications from international online  stores.
  • We do not offer a drop-ship service.
  • All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipping.

Postage and Handling

  • Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the packages. 
  • At Little Luxe Linens we use DHL International for international shipping and Sendle or Australia Post within Australia.
  • Please email us for shipping pricing.
  • All international taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the retailer.

In the event that the stock is damaged during transit, it is the sole responsibility of the shipping company. Little Luxe Linens shall not be held accountable for any shipping-related issues once the merchandise has departed from our premises. We encourage you to add additional insurance and tracking to cover such risks. 

Payment

  • When purchasing stock, payment must be upfront. You will be sent an invoice with all stock quantities and payment instruction.
  • Once payment has been received we will distribute the stock to you. Please allow 1-5 working days once payment has been received for us to process your wholesale order.
  • You will be notified via email when your stock has been shipped.

If you require the stock immediately please email us at littleluxelinens@gmail.com and we will endeavour to accommodate a quicker turn around.

Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
  • If the goods are faulty or not true to design then we will then apply a credit or refund for agreed products.
  • If there is a manufactures defect with any product, please email us at littleluxelinens@gmail.com with your returns request, images and details of the defect for your refund or credit.
  • We don’t accept return of faulty items that have been used or are not in original purchased condition.

Photos Of Products

  • Little Luxe Linens can provide high resolution photos on request via dropbox, to promote the Little Luxe Linens brand for the use on approved stockists websites and/or any social media. Note that these images remain the property of Little Luxe Linens, and we have the final say on their usage.
  • You may use any of the images from our website.
  • It is mandatory that all images showcasing our products on Instagram be tagged with @littleluxelinens. Failure to consistently adhere to this requirement may lead to the termination of your wholesale account with Little Luxe Linens.
  • We 100% support stockists who use our images and their own creative images of our products in any market campaigns. Our goal is to promote you as much as possible on social media. If we love your image, we'll be happy to promote and tag it.
  • We're always happy to share our favourite images with you. If you find any images that you love and want to use them for your website banners or marketing, please let us know and we will send you high resolution images for use.

Misconduct

We reserve the right to decline a stockist or terminate a stockist order in the event that the stockist is found to be engaging in any form of misrepresentation. Such action may be taken at any point in time, particularly if our brand is being portrayed in an unfavorable manner.
